Description
This guy is an example of the civilian militia forces that fought to protect the NWI on it's home turf in the United States at the end of the Third War, and who conducted insurgent operations against the occupying AFM forces. Outfits were generally civilian clothing of the area with police-grade tactical gear.
The rifle next to him is a KCA M-12S (S for "short", which was more common than the "long" version), a civilian rifle usually issued by militia groups to their members.
Though the term "Statesman" technically may refer to any member of the NWI forces, it is most commonly applied to these troops.
I'm kind of annoyed by this drawing. The top half is alright but the bottom half (namely the legs and the rifle) are pissing me off, they don't look right. Oh well, it's a really small drawing in comparison to most and more of a study on what these guys are gonna look like.

looks like a cross between a lee-enfield and a shotgun. intresting idea. May I ask what's its caliber?
