Description
Successor to the Orion XWV-01 which furthers the ADA's development of micro-servo technology. This particular model is based on a modular design that can be operated by a minimum of one pilot, like many ADA vehicles. Of course the reccomended crew of two - pilot and co-pilot - is needed for optimal performance.
The main weapon mounts on the right shoulder relative to the pilot's cockpit, with a main secondary on the opposite shoulder. Two additional hardpoints allow for even more customization and mission specific setups. The main weapon (a medium/light cannon taken from ADA MBTs, with a shorter barrel) may be swapped for another, and the MLRS/MLMS pod can be outfitted with a multitude of self-propelled rocket and missile ordinance.
Though this mech has a single segment leg setup, it fares rather well due to the finely tuned micro-servo setup. The main drawback is being unable to traverse some very rocky terrain, but otherwise this is one of the faster walkers in service.
